All in all everything was brand-new, had a wonderful stay on 2 separate occasions on my vacation. The room I booked was huge and new-fashioned with a nice view. Everyone from the stuff was absolutely friendly and fantastic friendly. I greatly enjoyed free and tasty breakfast with many many options, offered by the hotel.

I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall tasty and delicious with good food. Very early check-in, the staff helped me with baggage. The location was magnificent - right by a large shopping mall, the cable car and funicular, and center of Santiago. Las Condes district was worth exploring.

Clean place with very-very nice and really kind staff and gorgeous view of the Andes mountains. Breakfast was excellent, room was ideal and absolutely stunning. Variety of facilities such as: cable channels, a mini bar fridge, and coffee/tea makers.

Beds were very hard.

We enjoyed spotless and huge rooms and reasonably priced food.

It was in a great and lovely location with Costanera Center nearby. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel is exceptional and spotless, has exceptional views to the snow-covered mountains. The breakfast is free with lots of things to eat and drink. The location is very central, really close to a major shopping mall, the hop-on-hop-off bus stop, and several other businesses and Santiago for a family vacation and a mall with a supermarket. Las Condes district won't disappoint you. Every time in Santiago, I choose this place.

The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had hot dishes. I had a safe box, cable channels, and a mini bar fridge in it.

As business guests, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and amenities at the hotel. The modern and clean design of the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay. The staff, especially the concierge, were very helpful and provided great assistance during our trip. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, as it was within walking distance to everything we needed.

We felt completely looked after during our stay, and have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay for two nights. Well priced and spotless rooms with an exceptional view to the snow-covered mountains. Very central location along with free breakfasts. Found in the nice safe area. An excellent restaurant and a lobby bar available.

I stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for 5 nights during my vacation in Santiago. The staff was incredibly friendly, bilingual, and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with tasteful decor and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is also superb, with easy access to nearby eateries and reliable airport transportation. Special shoutouts to Luies and another English-speaking associate at the front desk who went above and beyond to cater to the needs of foreign travelers. I also want to mention Rodrigo, Juan, Geraldine, and Freddy for their exceptional service.

Would recommend this hotel.

Impressive hotel in a new building with absolutely gorgeous views to the snow-covered mountains. The location was unbeatable and super and the staff members were enthusiastic. Enjoyed pretty nice area. Accommodating room and cable channels, a mini bar fridge and coffee/tea makers inside;)))

The setting was quite marvellous and brilliant within easy reach of Costanera Center. Friendly service, though a few employees were highly unprofessional.

The bed was too soft here.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Tobalaba subway station on the red line, making it easy to explore the city. It is also near Santiago's "El Bosque" area, which offers a great selection of restaurants for dining out. The hotel is in the middle of the tourist center, offering easy access to popular attractions.

The water pressure in the showers could use some improvement.

Appreciated accommodating and extremely accommodating staff and reasonably large hotel.

Cable channels, a mini bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities were available in my queen room. The breakfasts were delicious and marvellous. Location: the hotel was really close to the cable car and funicular of Metropolitan Park of San Cristobel, the venue's restaurant and Santiago for 20 years.
